Make a Hacker report thread

So, this autoban system is in my opinion too sensitive... And as was did in the MapleCrusade, put a hacker report thread. BUT you always needed something to prove it... Like this (There are 3 reports):

1. Name of rulebreaker: GERIGB
2. Reason: Flying, Item and Monster vacuum.

2. Reason: Infinite attack hack
